This course will introduce the student to this new Dispute Resolution Neutral Canon with discussion of the key features of the Canon, its scope and application, and its relationship to TENN. S. CT. Joe's courses are excellent. He is knowledgeable and I like his Professor comments. I also like his Q and A's based on hypos.
