Tennessee Mediation Ethics

The course is designed for those completely new to Mediation as well as knowledgeable and experienced mediators. It conveys basic knowledge of the ethical principles applicable to mediation with specific concentration upon Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 31 (Court Annexed Alternative Dispute Resolution).

Those new to the concept of Mediation will find an enlightening, learning experience, and those experienced in the field will find that it sharpens their awareness of ethical concerns. The course also includes references to specific portions of Rule 31 and Tennessee case law.
